Supreme Suspensions Lifts offers a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee starting on the date of receipt of the item. For any reason that the unused or installed product does not meet the expectations of the buyer, the buyer may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price. In the case that the Buyer does decide to return the item, Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any costs of removal/installation of the part.
30 Day Satisfaction Warranty does not cover items that: have been altered, abused, installed on a different application (other than what it was advertised for), installed incorrectly, or used in any racing/competition applications.
To make a claim under this guarantee, please contact Supreme Suspensions Lifts by phone during normal business hours or email us any time. Please note that we respond to any and all messages within 1 full business day. For example, if a message is left on Friday at 6:00 PM, it will be answered before the following Monday at 6:00 PM as long as that Monday does not fall on a National holiday.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee may be extended under special circumstances at the option of Supreme Suspension Lifts.
Supreme Suspensions extends a limited lifetime warranty to the structural components of its products and warrants their products for the lifetime of each product against manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle. Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase may be requested upon redemption of warranty privileges.
The conditions of the warranty are: Products shall have been subject to only normal use** and service and shall not have been misused, neglected, altered, improperly installed or otherwise damaged; and, there shall be no evidence of tampering or deliberate misuse or destruction. Defects to Supreme Suspensions products will be determined solely by Supreme Suspensions and not by any representative, distributor or dealer of or for Supreme Suspensions. Upon determination of a defect, Supreme Suspensions’ sole obligation will be to repair or replace the defective part with same or similar product.
Supreme Suspensions must authorize the return of any alleged or defective part before it is returned. The party making the claim must prepay all shipping and transportation costs. Supreme Suspensions will not accept charges for parts purchased unless the conditions of the warranty have been satisfied.
Supreme Suspensions reserves the right to substitute, discontinue, alter or modify any product or part thereof, at any time without prior notice. In such cases Supreme Suspensions may, at its sole discretion, substitute the warranted product. If the replacement product is needed before the defective item is shipped back, the purchaser must leave a deposit for the full purchase price which will be refunded once the defective item is returned and deemed warrantable.
No Supreme Suspensions representative, distributor or reseller is authorized to assume for Supreme Suspensions any other obligations or liabilities in connection with the product, or alter the terms of this warranty in any way.
Supreme Suspensions shall not be liable for damages, including special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of a Supreme Suspensions product or its use by the owner.
Non-Supreme Suspensions made products carry the warranty extended by their manufacturer.
** Exclusions to our standard Limited Lifetime Warranty include wear and tear items such as mountings, bushings, or any type of cosmetic damage ( finish, dents and scratches), as these components and issues can wear out or occur naturally over time. These items are covered under a 90 day Limited Warranty along with other non-suspension items listed above.
