Supreme Suspensions Lifts offers a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee starting on the date of receipt of the item. For any reason that the unused or installed product does not meet the expectations of the buyer, the buyer may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price. In the case that the Buyer does decide to return the item, Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any costs of removal/installation of the part.
30 Day Satisfaction Warranty does not cover items that: have been altered, abused, installed on a different application (other than what it was advertised for), installed incorrectly, or used in any racing/competition applications.
To make a claim under this guarantee, please contact Supreme Suspensions Lifts by phone during normal business hours or email us any time. Please note that we respond to any and all messages within 1 full business day. For example, if a message is left on Friday at 6:00 PM, it will be answered before the following Monday at 6:00 PM as long as that Monday does not fall on a National holiday.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee may be extended under special circumstances at the option of Supreme Suspension Lifts.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Supreme Suspension Lifts are warrantied to be free from manufacture and material defect for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle. Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase may be requested upon redemption of warranty privileges. Purchaser will be responsible for all costs of removing the defective part from the vehicle, costs for postage to return the item, and any re-installation costs. Upon receipt of the item, Supreme Suspension Lifts will be liable for either repair or replacement of the part at their option along with shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the original purchaser. Items replaced will be matched as similarly to the item returned as best as possible. Supreme Suspension Lifts reserves the right to make changes to the material, design, and specifications of the replacement item without prior notice.
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover cosmetic damages or any product that has been: altered, abused, installed on a different application (other than what it was advertised for), installed incorrectly, or used in any racing/competition applications. Please note, certain returns may include a restocking fee.
If the replacement item is needed before the defective item is shipped back, the purchaser must leave a deposit for the full purchase price which will be refunded once the defective item is returned and deemed warrantable.
